COMMENT - Another tough class of competition but there was real joy and uplift opening this image to deeply remind us of the privilege of living in the Suffolk countryside, with space, fresh air and sense of freedom when out walking 

during these tough times of lockdown. A classic, big, Suffolk sky with great colour and definition in this simple yet stunning landscape composition.

COMMENT - One of the toughest classes to judge as all cakes here are fantastic and mouth-watering! We will always think of rainbows representing lockdown as our skies are hopefully now turning blue “over the rainbow’ and this fun, vivid 7 coloured and layered rainbow cake commemorates perfectly this extraordinary time in all our lives
